The brief was to transform The Bullion Yard, a Grade I listed former Bank of England space designed by Charles Robert Cockerell in 1845, into a sophisticated 100-cover all-day coffee house for Parliament Square Coffee. Working across 240m² of industrial heritage, the design celebrates the building's existing character of exposed brick, steel columns, and dramatic rooflights, whilst introducing warmth through timber, deep green upholstery, and brass detailing. A hierarchy of seating environments, dining booths, communal tables, a lounge zone, and a private boardroom allows the space to transition seamlessly from daytime workspace to evening social hub.
