The Challenge: The brief asked three households to come together through a CPO (Community-led Project) to create a single building while giving each family its own identity, privacy, and outdoor space.
The Concept: Each family has a double-height apartment with a dedicated connection to the outdoors: a private garden at ground level, with generous balconies and roof gardens for the two upper homes. Three distinct façades, profiled in ceramic brick, bamboo cladding and mineral render, express each home individually from the street.
Sustainability: Rainwater harvesting and geothermal heating and cooling are integrated through the building’s foundation piles.
