This project concept is to create a courtyard housing community that fosters a strong connection to nature, encouraging homegrown food and sustainable living. At its heart, a historic Georgian house is transformed into a vibrant community centre with shared spaces for growing food, cooking classes, and a communal garden. The housing scheme includes a mix of flexible homes designed for accessibility, family living, and independent spaces, all centred around private courtyards and green spaces. These design elements create a harmonious balance of community, sustainability, and adaptable living, fostering a greener and more connected way of life.
